QUALIFYING PARTICIPANTS
Anyone can refer a potential member. You provide us their name and contact information to our office. When the prospect comes in for a tour and mentions your name, you will automatically receive a $10 gift certificate to Mary’s Market. When they sign a Service Agreement with Perryville Business Centers, you will receive a check for 10% of the value of their Agreement.
Example:
John Doe comes in for a tour and mentions he heard about Perryville Business Centers from you...You receive a $10 gift card to Mary’s Market
John Doe loves the concept of the Business Center and signs a 1-year Agreement for an office...You receive a check for $720.00 ($600.00 x 12 = $7,200)
PRIORITY
If Perryville Business Centers is referred a prospect from more than one source, Perryville Business Centers will pay a referral fee to the first source delivering the referral who demonstrates care, custody and control of the prospect.
