Center Manager, Lynn Martz attended the Women in Business Expo and Luncheon on June 17, 2010 at Cliff Breakers Riverside Resort. Female leaders were honored by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce for their work in helping shape the community. More than 450 women, and a few men, browsed dozens of booths featuring mostly women-owned and managed companies. During the luncheon, guests participated in a question and answer session with an executive leadership panel of women discussing everything from their mentors to work-life balance and whether now is the best time for women to start businesses.
